The one-person AI marketing stack (that actually fits in an afternoon)
Four tools, three workflows, zero subscriptions you'll forget about. The setup I'd give a solo business owner today.
Most “AI marketing stacks” you see online are built for teams with a budget line and an ops person. You don’t have either. Good. That means you get to skip the parts that don’t matter.
Start with the job, not the tool
Before you sign up for anything, write down the three marketing jobs that eat your week. For most small businesses I talk to, it’s some version of:
- Writing posts for Facebook and Instagram
- Answering the same customer questions over and over
- Turning one good idea into five pieces of content
Every tool you add should remove one of those jobs. If it doesn’t, it’s a hobby.
The afternoon setup
One chat assistant you pay for. One place to save prompts that work. One scheduler. That’s it. Everything else is a nice-to-have.
The trick isn’t the tools. It’s saving the prompts that worked, so tomorrow-you doesn’t have to start from zero.
What I’d skip
Anything that promises “fully automated content.” You’ll spend more time fixing it than writing it yourself.
